Black College Enrollment in the South Equals Population for First Time

A 52 percent increase in Black enrollment in Southern colleges between 1995 and 2005 means that, for the first time, Black representation in college is equal to their population in the South, according to the Southern Regional Education Board’s annual fact book.http://diverseeducation.com/artman/publish/article_7809.shtml
