Too many of “our” colleges and universities have been charged with difficulty in the area of financial management. I wonder, “is it greed and theivery or is it that managing large sums of money not within our grasp?”
Even though I put this in the form of a question, I think that its greed because I know that we have professions with financial experience and “know how” to manage these mega systems.
At the same time, its mind boggling to think that these high level administrators continue to do the unthinkable and bring embarassment to themselves, their families, and to us as a people.
