Southern U Board Suspends System President Ralph Slaughter With Pay

Southern University System President Ralph Slaughter has been suspended for two months by his governing board while an internal investigation is conducted into his claims that the board chairman sexually harassed female employees.

I think this is so sad; this is Black on Black crime at the highest. The oldest historical black collage in the nation and this is what we get? I don’t know all the details about this case, and Im sure there is more that we don’t know but I just know what I read and if Dr. Slaughter is attempting to smear Mr. Anderson’s name then that’s wrong, if Mr. Anderson Sexually harassed his employee’s then that’s wrong, and if the board wants to fire Dr. Slaughter without due process then that’s dead wrong. Like I said this is Black on Black Crime at the highest.

After reading the article it appears they are making the issue about Dr. Slaughter instead of about the women who allegely were harassed. They would not have gotten a fair hearing from inside the University. Plus if Dr Slaughter was so wrong why suspend him with pay. There is something that is not being told. I truly hope the FBI and the grand jury get to the bottom of this. I believe they suspended him with pay to try and avoid a law suit from Dr. Slaughter. He ought to sue them for Deformation of character. I applaud you Dr. Slaughter for sticking up for the little people.

I should be suprised ,but then I am not, any one whit that much authority some times think that they can get by with any thing they do.
