BE, peace. Thanks for the information as it has finally allowed me to see that stats are important to helping people see trends, traditions, track records and the hidden truth. In all institutions in America black folks suffer and until there is a real push form us and a real concern from the dominant culture, nothing will change. We are dealing with a site here in Champaign, Il. An old coal to gas manufacturing plant so of there are any tips on how to handle such a site, please contact me asap
