Just because everyone who was detained was from a certain group doesn’t necessarily mean that racial profiling was involved. What alerted the police to these students that made them approach the group with enough man power to detain 32 people? Why was this particular group targeted? How did the police know that these people had narcotics? Is it unreasonable to detain such a large group when they make up 31% of the students on campus?
