I’m a white guy and appreciate and value affirmative action programs and Chief Diversity Officers. Perhaps it offends your racist and/or white supremacist sensibilities that a fellow white man actually believes in diversity and social justice education programs.
I like being white, so how can I also be anti-white? Sort of debunks your comment a bit…
It is an unfortunate truth that at most pre-dominantly white colleges/universities, dominant paradigm groups have the hardest time becoming self-aware as well developing the ability to listen and empathize with people in underrepresented groups.
