I can’t believe someone thought there was a need to study this. Of course students with degrees applicable to a career are going to make more money than those students who spent 4 years being indoctorinated into a useless liberal studies degree. What they should have done instead of a longitudinal study was go to the mall, Blockbuster and the local Kmart and ask employees what they majored in. Instead of years of research, they could have cleared the question up in one afternoon.
