“We need another equivalent to the GI bill.”
No need for an equivalent to the GI bill, since the GI bill still exists. Service in the armed forces=free tuition. Mr. Lloyd Hansen said, “If students want money for college they need to earn it themselves.” But how can students pay for College if the cost of the life is going up every day an nobody can afford it?
If students have to work to pay for their necessities, they won have money to pay for College. If we want to improve the economy and the life style in this country, we need to do something to encourage youngest going to college.
