New Hampshire Pilot Articulation Initiative Rolled Out Statewide
A pilot program that makes it easier and cheaper for community college students to transfer to the University of New Hampshire is being expanded statewide.

The University of maryland has the MTAP program , designed to serve a similar purpose. In addition, Morgan State Univeristy has the CONNECT program which more closely resembles New Hampshire’s program. The CONNECT program at Morgan has existed for many years.
